about filling my yoga diary

I've been interested in yoga for a long time now. Usually I practice in the morning, after infusing a refreshing herbal tea. Getting up, playing a soft music, boiling water and let's stretch for a bit.
Yoga in the morning is a true helper in my life. I set my breathing for the day, I make sure that my joints are all connected and ready to run round the clock.
This week I also started some lessons with my new teacher Silvana Battaglia. 75 minutes of breathing, reflection, stretching, conscious use of every fiber.
I cannot find the reason why I exist with my practice. No practice or study in life has given me this answer so far. But with yoga I can approach the aswer to how I exist.
Everything is connected. Your breath can slide to the most intimate place of your body, just because you ask it to go there.
Yoga fills your brain and heart with a conscious flow of oxygen; it nurtures your fibers and you feel all the connections of your body. You feel that you have to treat it with kindness. You have to listen to it. And take time to start again if you need to.
I slowly begin to understand that progress is not the real achievement. Being in the present is the greatest achievement, without comparing to yesterday or tomorrow.
Breathe in the now, for your body's sake. If you manage to give your body and soul to the instant, you achieve it. Whatever the asana you're practicing and how flexible is your body.
